29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. CNC Area - On or about January 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a Correa milling machine (Model AXIA100, Serial No. 785125) was guarded to prevent unauthorized entry into the machine area during operation. Two interlocks between the fence and access gates were not operational. Employees were exposed to crushing, struck-by, and/or caught-by hazards.
