29 CFR 1910.22(c): (c) Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. On or about March 1, 2023, at a workplace located at 1330 Lime Kiln Road, Green Bay, Wisconsin, in the Packaging Department; Employee(s) were not provided with safe access and egress from the Cyrovac 6 line as the width of the walkway to and from employees' workstations was measured at 10.5 inches due to a motor housing narrowing the walkway.
