29 CFR 1917.26(d)(2): Stretchers were not kept in close vicinity of the vessel and/or positioned so as to avoid damage to the stretcher. a) Port of Wilmington, Wharf Area, around Berth-3 (Crane C-7) in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about December 27, 2022, an employee operating a hustler truck was involved in an incident that resulted in medical treatment where the employee was moved to a vehicle, a stretcher was not kept in close vicinity and the responding employees were unaware of the location of any stretcher on site.
