29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail. Location: worksite On or about December 19, 2022 employees were exposed to stairways without any form of railing or grab in the stairways leading down to the basement from the ground floor, nor to the upper floors from same.
