29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) The employer did not ensure employees wore eye protection while conducting stucco activities using cement products. This violation was observed at 1348 Bainbridge St., Philadelphia, PA 19147 on December 13, 2022, where the employer did not require employees to utilize eyes protection to protect flying particles and cement products. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and ensure the use of eye protection.
