29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a)Bell Incorporated at 609 West Algonquin Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to November 30, 2022, the employer did not ensure that three electrical extension cords were not being utilized as permanent wiring on the east end of Jagenberg 90-2 gluing machine located in the gluing area. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards associated with improper use of electrical equipment.
