29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) At Throughout the facility including but not limited to aisle 51, 2155 Breckinridge Blvd., Suite 100 Lawrenceville, Georgia, on or about October 11, 2022 workers were exposed to struck-by hazards while working at or around stacked materials in that the employer did not effectively enforce workers from performing the act of "Rat-picking" which created unstable stacks of materials.
