29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) Heritage Shores Development, Whistling Duck Drive near Wilson Farm Rd, Bridgeville, DE 19933 - North Side of Framed Structure: Employees were permitted to use a Werner fiberglass 6 foot A-frame (serial number undeterminable) and 4 foot aluminum telescoping multi configuration (make, model and serial number underminable) ladders that did not extend at least 3 feet to access upper landings on a two-story residential construction project to conduct framing activities while working onsite as observed on or about 9/21/2022.
