29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) 4022 Mill Road, Skaneateles, NY 13152 on or about September 14, 2022: Lockout/tagout energy control procedures were not utilized by employees who perform cleaning tasks at point of operation of equipment including, but not limited to employees who clean the All-Fill Auger Filler. Abatement certification must be submitted.
