29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) HBD/Thermoid, Inc. located at 1301 W. Sandusky Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio, 43311: On or about September 8, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that the opening to the wig wag on line #8 was guarded in such a manner as to prevent employees hands from reaching the in going nip point of the chain and sprocket, exposing them to caught-in hazards and potential amputation injuries.
