29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about September 1, 2022, employees were exposed to the unexpected start-up or release of stored energy while cleaning and repairing dies and performing repair and replacement activities on the Fukui Presses, and the authorized employees were not trained to isolate and/or render energy sources safe prior to performing service and maintenance tasks.
