29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) On or about August 12, 2022, in the building B at Continental Warehouse facility located in Alvin, TX, the employees were using hazardous chemical such as anionic polymer powder but they did not know the location and availability of the safety data sheet and the company HAZCOM program.
