29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a) Production area, dipping/plating area; On or about August 15, 2022 and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with chemicals in that employees were required to work with and around corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid, Chromium, primer, macuplex stripper, and Metex S 3 without first assessing the work task to the appropriate personal protective equipment.
