Concrete Contractors Inc. at 5460 Tennyson St. in Denver, CO: On or about July 18, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when the employer did not provide local exhaust ventilation in the fabrication shop for employees welding metal coated with zinc-bearing materials.
