29 CFR 1910.119(o)(1): Employers did not verify that the procedures and practices developed under the standard were adequate: a. Aerosol Storage Cage - On or about June 3, 2022, the employer had not conducted compliance audits to identify and resolve hazards within the flammable aerosol PSM- covered process area which resulted in employees being exposed to fire and explosion hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
