29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(C)(3): Each cord set, attachment cap, plug, and receptacle of cord sets, and any equipment connected by cord and plug, was not visually inspected before each day's use for external defects, such as deformed or missing pins or insulation damage, and for indications of possible internal damage: a) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 Workers were exposed to electrical hazards as a live extension cord used for the Titan Impact airless paint sprayer in the paint area was in disrepair having badly damaged insulation. Violation was observed on or about June 1, 2022. b) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 Workers were exposed to electrical hazards as a live extension cord used for the DeWalt DWE 43116 6 Inch Angle Grinder in the deck area was in disrepair having badly damaged insulation.
