29 CFR 1926.652(b)(4)(iii):At least one copy of the design were not maintained at the jobsite while the slope is being constructed. After that time the design need not be at the jobsite, but a copy were not make available to the Secretary upon request: (a) This violation occurred on or about May 31, 2022, located at the corner of Bataan and Singleton Blvd, 500 Singleton, Blvd, Dallas, TX; where employees dug a trench where the design was not constructed and maintained.
