29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: a) Jobsite located at 305 N 15th St, Philadelphia, PA: Employees performing work from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold were exposed to 70-foot fall hazards in that vertical lifelines were in direct contact with the edges of a structural steel beam and not protected from being cut or abraded. b) Jobsite located at 305 N 15th St, Philadelphia, PA: Employees performing work from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold were exposed to 70-foot fall hazards in that vertical lifelines were run through and in direct contact with the edges of holes cut into a plywood sheet and not protected from being cut or abraded.
