29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B):For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was not maintained at the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater: (a)Forest Products Distributors, Inc. at 5406 Old Folsom Road, Rapid City, SD 57703: On or about and at times prior to May 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure unimpeded access to two adjacent electrical panels within the maintenance area of the Pellet Mill building. This condition exposed employees potential shock and trip hazards related to inability to disable power during an emergency. (b)Forest Products Distributors, Inc. at 5406 Old Folsom Road, Rapid City, SD 57703: On or about and at times prior to May 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure unimpeded access to an electrical panel within the storage room area of the Rolling Stock building. This condition exposed employees potential shock and trip hazards related to inability to disable power during an emergency.
