29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about May 11, 2022, and times prior thereto, the employer was using an energized 120-V extension cord to power the Hobart Machine instead of fixed wiring, exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard.
