29 CFR 1910.252(c)(2)(i):Mechanical ventilation was not provided when welding or cutting was done on metals not covered in 29 CFR 1910.252(c)(5) through 29 CFR 1910.252 (c)(12): On or about April 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide sufficient, and ensure the use of mechanical ventilation by each employee, when performing TIG welding operations inside Titanium pipes using argon gas to create an inert atmosphere. Thus, exposing employees to inhalation hazards.
