29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2):All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: a) Back Spraying Building: On or about 6/10/2022 and thereafter, spray areas were not kept free of accumulation of residues from Category 3 Flammables, including but not limited to, Orca Composites Resin Solution. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
