29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about April 20, 2022, and times prior thereto and thereafter, at a jobsite located at 1501 Scripture Street, Denton, TX 76210, scaffold poles and uprights were not placed upon a firm foundation via base plates or mud sills exposing employees to fall hazards during the following instances: a) April 20, 2022 scaffold poles and uprights were not placed on firm foundations; b) May 6, 2022 scaffold poles and uprights were not placed on firm foundations.
