29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: a) In the crawl space of a residential home, located at 2912 East Atlantic Ave., Savannah, GA 31405, on or about April 18, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and entrapment hazards, in that the employer failed to train employees on the hazards while working within a permit confined space.
