29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) Dollar General Store #7988 - 3502 East Hillsborough Avenue Tampa, Florida 33610: The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent slip/trip, struck-by, fire, and electrical hazards in areas in front of electrical panels as demonstrated on or about April 8, 2022, in the receiving/backroom where employees move, work, and retrieve merchandise. In that, access to electrical panels A and B was blocked by merchandise, cardboard boxes, rolltainers, plastic bins, and other items. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that the area in front of electrical panels is not used for storage. The Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited WILLFUL for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550619, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2381 Dawes Roadstore 6556, Mobile, Alabama.
