29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(3)(ii): The employer did not prohibit the removal of chromium (VI) from protective clothing and equipment by blowing, shaking, or any other means that dispersed chromium (VI) into the air or onto an employee's body: Establishment - On or about May 24, 2022, the employer did not prohibit an employee from using pressurized air to blow debris from their clothing after working in operations that produce hexavalent chromium, including but not limited to the grinding of stainless steel.
