29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: ES80 Contact Adhesive (spray glue application), near spray booth: On or about March 15, 2022, where employees sprayed contact adhesive (glue) on finished wooden products, the employer did not determine the workers respiratory exposure to the glue and equip the workers with appropriate respirators. None of the workers were issued respiratory protection.
