29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. At 6432 Prescott, Saint Louis, MO 63147 On or about March 9, 2022, employees were exposed to hazards associated with the unexpected energization of equipment during maintenance activities from the employer not conducting a periodic inspection of energy control procedures at least annually. Procedures provided by the employer were dated for June of 2018.
