29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Building 1, Truck Body Powder Coat Booth 2 - The junction box, powering the two vertically oriented light fixtures on the front left side of the booth, had a missing knock out, exposing employees to the hazard of contacting electric current, on or about January 25, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
