29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Dye Line: On or about February 24, 2022, employees performing dipping operations in tanks containing corrosive liquids were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body that was easily accessible within the work area for immediate emergency use. Tanks containing corrosive chemicals included, but was not limited to, tank C15, C14, C13, C12, C24 and C25.
