29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Darley Green, Bldg. 20-23, 3rd Floor: On or about February 17, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a new 3-story residential construction site, approximately 20 feet above grade, were provided and used fall protection.
