29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1): The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provided clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process consistent with the process safety information addressing at least the elements listed in 1910.119(f)(1)(i)(A)-1910.119(f)(1)(iv): At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550 Road, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working with energetic materials at a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility. The employer failed to develop and implement written safe operation procedures that instruct operators on how to utilize the equipment in the covered process at this facility.
