29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2):Written procedures. The employer shall establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment. On or about and prior to January 25, 2022, the employer failed to establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of the ammonia refrigeration system. Ammonia when catastrophically released from a refrigeration system poses an asphyxiation hazard to employees.
