29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): a) Jobsite located at 1719 Seybert Street, Philadelphia, PA.- The employer did not ensure that a protective system was installed inside a trench that was approximately 7-8 feet deep with type C soil to protect the employees from struck-by hazards. Condition was observed on or about January 20, 2022.
