29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Imperial Marble & Granite, Inc. located at 10 Industrial Hwy Building H Lester, PA: On or about January 14, 2022, the employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees voluntarily using respirators such as but not limited to 3M (6200/6300) with P100 filters while performing cleaning and polishing activities.
