29 CFR 1926.964(a)(3)(ii): When a pole is set, moved, or removed near an exposed energized overhead conductor, the employer did not ensure that each employee wears electrical protective equipment or uses insulated devices when handling the pole and that no employee contacts the pole with uninsulated parts of his or her body. a) On or about January 7, 2022, at a worksite located at 1470 N. State Highway 78, Farmersville, TX; employees removing guy wires near exposed energized power lines were exposed to electrocution, electrical shock and burns.
