29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) On or about 11/26/2021 and at times earlier - at 2600 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405, at the unmarked door in the stockroom/warehouse next to the compactor along the egress route to the exit discharge, employees were exposed to fire related hazards where the door was not marked as required. (b) On or about 11/26/2021 and at times earlier - at 22600 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405, the double swing doors in the stockroom/warehouse area leading to the exit discharge on the southwest side, employees were exposed to burn and fire related hazards due to the double swing doors not being identified as required.
