29 CFR 1926.454(c)(3): Training requirements. When the employer has reason to believe: Where inadequacies in an affected employee's work involving scaffolds indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite proficiency. a) On or about November 16, 2021 each employee working from the tubular welded-frame scaffold that have been previously trained on fall protection and the use of scaffolds did not retained the requisite proficiency and procedures to recognize and minimized hazards situations while erecting and using a tubular welded-frame scaffold erected over 20 feet.
