29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about November 15, 2021 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure all open sides and ends of work platforms occupied by working employees were protected with a guardrail system. Rodriguez Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1494395 , citation number one, item number two/c, issued on October 2, 2020, and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2020 Workplace located at 12996 Averi Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
