29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) On or about 9/16/2021, and at times prior to,1309 Industrial Blvd, Boaz, AL 35957, Zone 8 and 18, employees were exposed being struck by Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT's) because the employer did not ensure permanent aisles were adequately marked in areas where employees walk and PITs are operated.
