29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1):First-aid supplies were not easily accessible when required: a) Rt. 299 (East) at the entrance to Middletown Crossing: On or about September 8, 2021, the employer failed to provide a first aid kit that was of adequate size and quantity for the construction work site. Employers were exposed to caught-by/struck-by hazards along with the use of small hand tools and power equipment that may have resulted in an employee injury.
