29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A): Any vehicle or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of its structure elevated near energized overhead lines was not operated so that a clearance of 10 ft. (305 cm) is maintained. a) Jobsite 319 South Street, Northborough, MA on or about September 8, 2021, an unqualified employee performed tree trimming activities from a Nifty SD64 aerial lift which was not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet was maintained from the energized overhead 13k overhead power lines. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
