29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about September 3, 2021, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while building a retaining wall without being trained in recognizing and addressing fall hazards.
