29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) 200 Crownshield Ave., Uxbridge, MA: On or about August 30, 2021, an employee was working from a mobile scaffold without any fall protection, more than 12 feet above the ground below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
