29 C.F.R. 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there are potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed. A. FAZTEC Industries -200 Bloomfield Ave, Staten Island NY 10314 (M241 Discharge belt/ Yard) Damaged cable insulation of conductors operating at 460VAC were not protected with an insulator equivalent to that of cables? original insulator or with an insulating device for that purpose. At the M241 Discharge Belt the employer did not ensure the equipment?s energized conductors supplying power to the belt/motor were free from recognized hazards. Violation occurred on or about August 27, 2021
