29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) Jobsite located at 33 Hunters Lane Glen Mills, PA- The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls. Employees were working on a pump jack at heights greater than 10 feet without the use of a fall protection system; thus exposing employees to fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about July 22, 2021.
