Employees engaged in concrete mix handling at the manufacturing area were exposed to respirable crystalline silica at 58.7 �g/m� and 31.8 �g/m� in a 8-hour TWA. The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan to protect employees from respirable crystalline silica. Employees were pouring concrete mix at vaults and cleaning concrete mixer.
