29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted work in proximity to electric power circuits that were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) At the vicinity of 6820 Cold Brook Road, Scott, NY., on or about June 1, 2021: Workers installed fiber optic lines on pre-existing electrical poles, while exposed to electrical hazards.
