29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: 5050 Kemper Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to operate unguarded equipment. On and about 5/13/2021 employees used an unguarded drill press, unguarded metal band saw, and a lathe which did not have a guard on the drum exposing the employees to amputation hazards.
