29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm: On or about May 8, 2021: a. An employee making Bioforge was exposed to carbon monoxide at a time weighted average of 227.3 ppm. This level exceed the permissible exposure level of 50 ppm by 4.55 times. This exposure was derived from a carbon monoxide calculation based upon post-exposure carboxyhemoglobin measurements on May 8, 2021. b. An employee making Bioforge was exposed to carbon monoxide at a time weighted average of 109.4 ppm. This level exceed the permissible exposure level of 50 ppm by 2.19 times. This exposure was derived from a carbon monoxide calculation based upon post-exposure carboxyhemoglobin measurements on May 8, 2021.
